Responsibilty.

I find it odd, let me rephrase that- I found it odd several years ago that there was a social shift from being responsible for one's self to"I'm blaming this on (insert reason du'jour here). People want all of the benefits, but none of the reprocussions. They'll only accept things if there is a loop hole for them to get out of any trouble. "I want the shiny new object, but if it breaks, it wasn't my fault for dropping it off of the table -even though I pushed it; so now get me a new one!"

*sigh* Today, common sense isn't so common. I hope that people will get a dose of reality real quick so we can get this entitlement mentality out of all of our heads and get this country back on track to being where it should rightly be: a place where God is feared, officials (elected and appointed) are honest and have integrity, and people WANT to make a better society and not have it handed to them like cheese (reference to government program implied).
