My nephew is currently stationed in Iraq and due to return home soon. I would be livid if he were placed in a situation where he was underfunded, unsupported, and left hanging in the breeze -as my friend who speaks in a brogue has asserted is happening with the British forces.

I also must mention, that as needed as it was, I was shocked that the "Ol' Gray Lady" (The NY Times) actually admitted that they gave MoveOn.org a special rate for their Gen. Petraeus full page advertisement -which violated their own policy. Their Ombudsman pointed this out in an article in the paper on Sunday. Hope he has his job on Monday.
